The style of Kung Fu known as Wing Chun was developed by a nun looking to help students defend themselves against heavier, taller, and stronger men. 

Our main goal is to see our students become masters of hard work, patience, and perseverance. Precise, smooth movements are the calling card of authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu.
